To begin using Mozaik, you must request an Authorization Code using your User ID and enter it into the software to unlock the license. Think of your User ID as a digital fingerprint for your computer; it is used to tell Mozaik which computer you are using.
Request your Authorization Code
When you first open Mozaik, your 7-digit User ID Number will be displayed. Follow these steps to submit your request directly through the software.
- Click the Enter Authorization Code button.
- If the User ID is not automatically displayed, click Help > About from the toolbar menu.
- Select your country from the Registration Country dropdown menu.

Enter your Shop Name and Shop E-Mail.
Please check that you enter a valid e-mail address. This is where we will reply to any support requests. - Click the Request Code button.
- A new window will appear. Enter your Account Email (the address used when you subscribed) and a reason for the new code (e.g., "New Mozaik subscription").
- Click OK. You should receive your Authorization Code by email by the next business day.
Unable to request a code?
If you are unable to use the automatic request feature, please email your User ID Number manually to code@mozaiksoftware.com and the support team will process the request for you.
Enter your Authorization Code
Once you have received your code via email, follow these steps to unlock the software.
- Open Mozaik and click the Enter Authorization Code button.
- If the button is not visible, navigate to Help > About.
- Ensure your Registration Country, Shop Name, and Shop E-Mail are entered correctly.
- Type your code manually or copy it from your email and click Paste Copied Code.
- Ensure the red "X" changes to a Green Tick.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again. The software will close automatically.
- Re-open Mozaik. Your software is now ready to use.
